Your GDPR Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we have about you.
🗑️ Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") when it's no longer necessary or you withdraw consent.

Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transfer it to another provider.
🚫 Right to Restriction
Limit how we process your data in certain circumstances, such as while accuracy is being verified.
⛔ Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, direct marketing, or research purposes.
🤖 Rights Related to Automated Processing
Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that significantly affects you.
❌ Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (doesn't affect prior lawful processing).
How to Exercise Your Rights
Exercising your GDPR rights is simple and free. Here's how:
Submit Your Request
Email us at privacy@webzzo.com with:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Which right(s) you want to exercise
- Any specific details about your request
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity. This typically involves:
- Confirming account details
- Answering security questions
- Providing additional identification if necessary
We Process Your Request
Our team reviews your request and takes appropriate action. We may contact you if we need clarification.
Receive Response
We respond within 30 days (may be extended by 2 months for complex requests). We'll notify you of any delays.
Specific Request Information
Right to Access (Data Subject Access Request - DSAR)
When you request access to your data, we will provide:
- What personal data we process
- Why we process it (purposes)
- Categories of data
- Who we share it with
- How long we keep it
- Your rights regarding this data
- Right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You can request deletion of your data when:
- Data is no longer necessary for the original purpose
- You withdraw consent and there's no other legal basis
- You object and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- Data was unlawfully processed
- Legal obligation requires deletion
Note: Some data must be retained for legal, tax, or accounting requirements (typically 7 years for billing records).
Right to Data Portability
You can download your data in JSON format from your dashboard at any time. This includes:
- Account information
- Website content (text, images, business data)
- Support ticket history
- Subscription information
Note: Website design and code remain Webzzo intellectual property and are not included in exports.
Response Times
- Standard requests: 30 days maximum
- Complex requests: Up to 90 days (you'll be notified)
- Urgent security matters: Within 72 hours
We will always acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days.
No Fees
Exercising your GDPR rights is completely free. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if:
- Your request is clearly unfounded or excessive
- You request multiple copies of the same information
We will always explain why a fee applies before charging.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your data properly or responded adequately to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
