3.1 Domain Registration

Business and Premium plan subscribers receive domain registration as part of their subscription. When you select a domain:

  • We register the domain on your behalf through our domain provider (Dynadot)
  • The domain is initially registered under ML WEB STORE for administrative purposes
  • The domain remains tied to your active subscription
  • Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar policies

3.2 Domain Ownership Transfer

You have the right to request domain ownership transfer at any time.

To transfer domain ownership to your personal registrar account:

  • Submit a support ticket requesting domain transfer
  • We will provide the authorization code (EPP code) within 3 business days
  • You are responsible for initiating transfer with your chosen registrar
  • Transfer may incur standard ICANN transfer fees (typically €10-15)
  • Domain must not be within 60 days of registration or previous transfer (ICANN policy)

3.3 Domain Renewal

  • Domain registration for the first year is included with Business/Premium subscriptions
  • Domain renewal (year 2+) is included only if you purchase an annual subscription on the same plan or higher
  • Monthly subscriptions do not include domain renewal - you will need to pay the renewal fee separately or transfer the domain
  • If subscription is cancelled, you must transfer domain or it will expire
  • We send renewal reminders 30 and 7 days before domain expiration
  • Expired domains enter redemption period (additional fees apply for recovery)

3.4 Domain Disputes

Domain disputes are subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). You agree not to register domains that:

  • Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights
  • Are registered in bad faith or for resale purposes
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
