Requirements

  • Business or Premium subscription plan
  • A connected custom domain

Creating Your Email Account

  1. Go to Dashboard → Your Website → Email
  2. Click "Create Email Account"
  3. Enter your desired username (e.g., "contact" for contact@yourdomain.com)
  4. Set a strong password
  5. Click "Create"
💡 Common email addresses:
  • contact@yourdomain.com - General inquiries
  • info@yourdomain.com - Information requests
  • support@yourdomain.com - Customer support
  • yourname@yourdomain.com - Personal business email

Accessing Your Email

Webmail (Browser)

Access your email from any browser:

  1. Go to mail.yourdomain.com or use the webmail link in your dashboard
  2. Enter your full email address and password
  3. You're in! Read, compose, and manage emails

Email Apps (Phone/Computer)

Use these settings to add your email to any email app:

Incoming Mail (IMAP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password

Outgoing Mail (SMTP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
