Requirements
- Business or Premium subscription plan
- A connected custom domain
Creating Your Email Account
- Go to Dashboard → Your Website → Email
- Click "Create Email Account"
- Enter your desired username (e.g., "contact" for contact@yourdomain.com)
- Set a strong password
- Click "Create"
💡 Common email addresses:
- contact@yourdomain.com - General inquiries
- info@yourdomain.com - Information requests
- support@yourdomain.com - Customer support
- yourname@yourdomain.com - Personal business email
Accessing Your Email
Webmail (Browser)
Access your email from any browser:
- Go to mail.yourdomain.com or use the webmail link in your dashboard
- Enter your full email address and password
- You're in! Read, compose, and manage emails
Email Apps (Phone/Computer)
Use these settings to add your email to any email app:
Incoming Mail (IMAP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password
